With over 13 years of hands-on experience in the commercial property management industry, Erin VanDeGrift has built a proven track record of success across diverse property types — from Class A, B, and C commercial properties to single-family residential investments throughout the United States.

Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer for a 1,800-door portfolio, Erin oversees property performance, builds and coordinates teams, and optimizes operational efficiency to meet both short-term and long-term business goals. In addition to her leadership role, she is an active investor and operator, personally owning and managing three commercial properties.
